Processing Time

*Bulk Custom orders require extra time for printing and cutting. Processing is typically 7–14 business days, depending on order size and complexity.*

Domestic Shipping (USA)

- Shipped via USPS.
- Estimated delivery: 3-8 business days after dispatch. 

International Shipping

- We ship worldwide
- Shipping costs are higher and delivery can take 4-8 weeks, depending on location and customs.

Important Notes

Note: We do not process shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, or designated holidays.*
- Large orders may ship in multiple packages.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Pre-Order Items:
- In the event that your order contains both regular items and a pre-order item, please be advised that the entire package will be dispatched when the pre-order item is finally available to ship. This ensures that all elements of your order are consolidated and shipped together, contributing to a streamlined and efficient delivery process. You can locate the shipping timeline for pre-orders in the description of the item you purchased. Should there be any alterations to the timeline, rest assured that we will promptly reach out to inform you of any changes. Thank you for your understanding, your satisfaction and awareness of the shipping process are our top priorities.

This way, the in-stock items can be shipped promptly, providing quicker delivery, while the pre-order items will be processed separately. Please note that a $4 shipping fee will apply for order separation, and we appreciate your understanding in covering this fee. If you have any questions or need further assistance, our customer support team is here to help.

Tracking Information:
- Upon dispatch of your order, you will promptly receive a detailed email containing tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
- In the rare event of a lost or significantly delayed package, please reach out to customer support at galaxylemonsbusiness@gmail.com

Returns Due to Non-Delivery:
- If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
