Orders can take 3-5 business days depending on size and complexity.

Domestics shipping via USPS takes 3-8 business days.

Tracking information is provided upon dispatch. For pre-orders, the entire order ships together.

International shipping can take up to 4-8 weeks.

International orders are shipped using Delivered at Place (DAP/DDU) terms.

The shipping cost paid at checkout covers transportation of your order to the destination country. Import duties, customs fees, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in your order total.

Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the shipping carrier or customs authority before or upon delivery.

Please check your country's import regulations before placing an international order. If you refuse to pay applicable customs charges and the package is returned to us, any return shipping or related fees may be deducted from your refund.

All sales are final. If items are arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us at galaxylemonsbusiness@gmail.com.

For returns, items must be unused in their original condition. Please reach out within 14 days of receiving your item for further instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to error.

# Pre-Order Policy

Some products on the website are available as pre-orders, meaning the item is still being made and will ship at a later date!

Pre-orders are paid in full when you place your order, and will ship once the item is ready.

The estimated shipping date will be listed on the product's page.

Please be mindful that pre-order dates are estimates and can change due to production, supply, shipping, or other unexpected delays.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once everything is ready!

If you need to cancel your pre-order, please contact at galaxylemonsbusiness@gmail.com as soon as possible! Cancellations may not be possible once your order has entered production or has been prepared for shipping.

If we're unable to fulfill your pre-order, you'll receive a full refund for the unavailable item.

International Pre-Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT/GST, or other fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in your order total unless stated otherwise!
