All sales are final - however if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to me and I will do my best to help you out!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Exceptions may be made depending on the situation; it is requested that you reach out as soon as possible via my email galaxylemonsbusiness@gmail.com
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your item. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
